JAVEA SPAIN ON THE COSTA BLANCA
Javea (sometimes spelt 'Xabia') lies on the northern stretch of the Costa Blanca and is the nearest of the many local towns. It has a maritime history and still hosts a thriving port, yet today's visitors are principally tourists who are attracted to the wonderful beaches in this area. The nearest beach is a 15 minute drive away, but there are many small coves with beaches worth exploring.
The town of Javea and its approaching roads have numerous restaurants, together with a nightlife that is more cultured than the larger resorts such as Benidorm that is a half hour's drive away.
The Restaurants and bars reflect the cosmopolitan atmosphere of Javea that first attracted the present owners to the Costa Blanca. The weather, clearly played a part in this decision too, and they continue to live locally.
Inland the scenery is quite hilly, with the whole vicinity being dominated by the 'Montgo', a small mountain shaped like an elephant lying on its side! This beautiful countryside enjoys National Park status and protection.

The La Salla golf club along with the Marriott Hotel are a few minutes drive away.
The Los Lagos townhouse villas are set in gardens that have received international recognition for their landscaping design and beauty. The centre piece of the gardens is the large communal swimming pool that, like the gardens, is excellently maintained.
The complex has a first rate community maintenance contract, so you can fly home safe in the knowledge that the property is in safe hands. Pool maintenance, hedge and grass cutting, lake up-keep and exterior painting are all taken care of, leaving just the interior of the villa in your charge.
